Ben ran it with me... or should I say, in front of me! 
We were about 300 doing the 10km run. The sky was blue but it was very cool before the start of the race! 
I did my best time - 55m11s!! So happy!! Don't think I will ever beat that time... And Ben did it in 49m49s - way to go Ben!!! 
Next Sunday I will be running the Montreal Rock'N'Roll Marathon 10km with my brother and sister-in-law. 25,000 runners will be participating in the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km, 5km and 1km!! That's a lot of people!!!

Good for you for doing the 10K! That is great! I am doing a 5K with my son this weekend to raise money for his school. I really want to do a 10K and am gradually increasing my running distances so I can!
Well done on completing the trace and reaching your best time. I think it is neat that both of you run - how inspiring.
Good job! I couldn't run a 10K in that time, that's for sure. Very impressive!
