Bisquick Chocolate Chip Bars

I haven't posted any baking stuff for a while. It's not that I haven't been baking though!

Was in the mood for chocolate chips cookies but didn't have much time to make any. Decided to make the Bisquick Chocolate Chip Bars that I had made once before and that we had enjoyed so much!

They are so easy and fast to prepare - no excuse not to make them! :)

2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 cups sugar (used 1 1/4)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil (used Canola oil)
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients except chips.

Spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan, greased and floured.

Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.

Bake 25-30 minutes at 350° (will look bubbly and light in the center).

you've really gotta stop doing this to me. yummo! We are addicted to Nutella brownies - they were a big hit at my daughter's graduation party - not even a crumb left.
