It's the season

for maple syrup!! Yup, when I see the little buckets on the trees, I know that Spring is almost here and that maple syrup will be made soon!! LOVE maple syrup!! ;)

I LOVE fresh maple syrup like this. I've only seen this done once, but was fascinated by the process!

I love syrup season. There is nothing as good as real maple syrup. Do you do Taffy on the Snow?
