I LOVE fresh maple syrup like this. I've only seen this done once, but was fascinated by the process!
I love syrup season. There is nothing as good as real maple syrup. Do you do Taffy on the Snow?
i just read about this in little house in the parrie last week, so fun to see your pictures
that is so cool! love the first one.
Nice sunflare! Great job. I have never seen the maple syrup collection up close.
Much prettier than the old soda bottles you see used as sap buckets around here. :-D
How cool! Do you ever stick a finger in for a taste?
Ooh YUMMY!!!!!!! I have only had real, FRESH syrup one time and it was pure heaven! You are so lucky to live where it's made!
So cool - our local paper wrote about "syruping" this past week. Great to see your pictures - my favorite is the first one.

What great shots! I showed my son and I'm not sure he believed me about what the buckets were for!
Wow, that is so cool! I do have to say however, I am NOT jealous of all that snow you still have! Thankfully all the snow is gone here!
Gorgeous! Love that beautiful blue sky!
That is so neat! I never knew how they got the syrup out of the trees! :)
