High Line Park

This park is a must see in New York!! So glad they managed to keep the park!

From their website: "The High Line was originally constructed in the 1930s, to lift dangerous freight trains off Manhattan's streets. Section 1 of the High Line is open as a public park, owned by the City of New York and operated under the jurisdiction of the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation. Friends of the High Line is the conservancy charged with raising private funds for the park and overseeing its maintenance and operations, pursuant to an agreement with the Parks Department."

Really like that last shot with the repeating shapes. Very cool! All that geometric linearity contrasting with the organic shapes. Like it!

I'm not much of a city person, but all your NYC shots make me want to visit so bad!! Amazing as usual, and I just love your choice of processing.

Very nice captures of the city, and I agree with Esther about the excellent use of processing.
