Falmouth

We stayed a couple of hours in Falmouth. Just enough time to walk about and have a nice picnic!

We took a nice walk on a beautiful residential street...

Saw some very old houses

and some not so old!

Too bad the weather wasn't cooperating though.

The lifeguard was very lonely...

Didn't stay long enough for a beer

Brrrr...from the looks of the weather I don't know that a frozen lemonade would have been the right treat! I had to laugh that the "not so old" house was built in 1888...almost brand-spanking new, huh?

That lifeguard does look lonely! Too bad it was gloomy when you were there. I love the shot of that residential street. Looks like a nice place to live!

Love these pictures! I don't know, Celine, I think the weather has added to the atmosphere of these photos! I wonder how the plumbing is in the "not so old" house . . . :-)

Gorgeous homes and that beer - lol! Seriously, at that size and with a handle, I can see why it would be a vacation in every bottle. I love the vibrant lemonade sign - very inviting.

I have to agree that frozen lemonade doesn't look so yummy with the colder weather. However your captures are wonderful. Love those scenic beach shots!
