Blueberry Popsicles

Second day vacation, very hot day - sooooo humid!!  Went back to the gym, cleaned a few cupboards and went for a long walk.  Oh yeah, also cleaned the two bathrooms.  Been busy busy!!

As it was so hot, had the great idea to make some popsicles - healthy ones too!!  - blueberry-popsicles - they are sooo tasty!!

Blueberry Popsicles (my changes in red)

1 pint fresh blueberries
1 cup vanilla yogurt (used low fat)
1 cup milk  (used low fat)
sugar or honey or maple syrup, to taste (as my blueberries were very sweet, only added about a tablespoon of maple syrup)

Blend blueberries, yogurt, milk, and sugar until smooth. (used
Pour mixture into eight 5-ounce paper cups.
Place foil over the top of each cup.
Pierce the center of the foil and insert a wooden craft stick as the handle.
Freeze up to six hours.6 Before serving, dip cups in warm water for a few seconds.
Remove paper and foil.
Enjoy!

And for anyone that was curious about my haircut...
