Take time to breathe

Another wish I have for this year, is to learn to relax. I suffer from anxiety and I have to learn better ways to deal with this. I try to do everything in my power to be calm and to be keep the anxiety away but sometimes it doesn't work.

One way is to exercise and another way is to sit and enjoy nature around me!!

Thanks for your kind comments on yesterday's post. You are the best! :)

Stunning winter images! I just read your post from yesterday...I'm doing the exact same thing. I even took before pics, but haven't been brave enought to post them. Bravo to you!

This does look very serene! Even if not suffering from anxiety most of us would benefit from sitting quietly in such beautiful surroundings.

Gorgeous and it looks so peaceful. Or cold. Or peacefully cold. :) Either way, you captured it so well. I especially like the PP on the first one!

Beautiful image!

I have anxiety too. And I know breathing exercises help. But I feel guilty doing "nothing" so I never relax and just be.
