Biggest Loser Tuesday

No update pictures today. I am doing good on my pledge to exercise - I had pledged to go 3 times last week - and I went 4 times!!  As for chocolate, I have had a relapse... had a chocolate muffin on Monday! ;)

After one week of healthy eating (most of the time!) and some regular exercise - I have lost the two pounds I gained during Christmas!!! So, still 20 pounds to go!!

To motivate myself to exercise some more - bought this book to give me some exercise tips - love it!


All kinds of exercise in this book - from easy to very painful!! ;)

Everything is so easy to give up for me too except that chocolate. We can do this!

good for you! There is something about thatcover that bugs me, are her legs supposed to be faded or are the words supposed to be on top?

Progress, not perfection.

I am on a slow start. Give up chocolate? Are you crazy? I allow myself chocolate but only the good stuff
and only a little bit each day.

Good going! There's nothing as motiving as seeing those numbers go down. My DD got me a Biggest Loser exercise video for Christmas. I don't know how to feel about that... LOL!!!!

Good for you! It's too hard to give up chocolate entirely:) That book looks great, I might have to pick it up.
