Dr. Molson's House

This old building is close to my office and I think it is now used by a department of McGill University. Would love to study in that building!! :)

and to answer some questions from yesterday...
Pat, the statue in front of my building is of a bunch of people pointing! Will take some closer shots soon!! It is part of the tourist landmarks as it is so big and kind of ugly!! ;)

Suzy, I work on the 11th floor and the building has 21 floors. We are about to move in an even bigger building. I think our department will be on the 24th floor... which I will hate when we have our fire drills!! ;)

That building DOES rock. It seems to inspire reading. I need to go there. I have some to catch up on this semester. :P I love all the details in Montreal. I think I am going to visit in July. Is it terribly hot compared to Maine?

Love this building! I really like the reflection of the tree branches in the glass of the front doors--it reminds me of Victorian ironwork and really echoes all the sculpture in those columns. NEAT!
