As you can see from the pictures, I have a cheering section above me!! :)
- Lost 1/2 pound (one whole pound if you count the 1/2 pound I gained last week!!)
- Lost an inch on my waist (yeah!!) in 2 weeks
- Still drinking 4-5 bottles of water (with Crystal Light) every day.
- Went to the gym 4 times
- Still didn't touch any chips
- Make WW soup every weekend so as soon as I get home, have a big bowl to get some veggies in and to fill me up!! :)
- Said no to a chocolate bar!!
- Had a piece of cake and cupcakes at my nephew's birthday
- Still didn't cut down on my plate serving...
My plan for this week:
- Continue drinking 4-5 bottles of water per day
- Go the gym 4 times
- Cut down my portions
- Continue what I'm doing!! :)
