Biggest Loser Tuesday

I have had problems with my weight all my life. Always had a few pounds to lose - tried so many diets and it would work for a while and then I would gain it all back...


This is me 4 years ago with 40 pounds too many...

I then joined Weight Watchers and lost over 40 pounds in about 8 months - which I kept off for about 2 years.






I have left WW about a year ago, because I thought I could do it myself... wrong!!! I have slowly gained back 15 pounds which I hate hate hate!!

So, after seeing how Cari is keeping herself accountable by posting every week at http://hailiriley.blogspot.com/ - I decided to follow her great example and do it myself!!

So, here I am, today, with 15 pounds to lose...



My plan for the week is to go to the gym 3 times, drink water (which I don't do...) and cut down on sweets.

I'm hoping this will encourage me to eat healthy, continue my exercises and lose a few pounds!! Thanks for listening!!

Yeah...I am so glad to have a Biggest Loser Tuesday buddy!!! I just posted my post today! I know that if I can do it anyone can!!!! I can not wait to see you reach your goals...I still have a lot to lose but I am getting there and doing the Biggest Loser Tuesday has kept me accountable! Good luck!

Oh I had to add...I need to drink more water. I only drink it while I am working out....

That is awesome!! I so need to do this too! It is sooo busy (at least that's my excuse) that I keep putting it off. I have lost mine by running but I haven't run in forever! Time to dust off those running shoes!

BTW, I am also on the bandwagon but with lots more to lose. Maybe I'll show a pic when I have just 15 pounds left to lose. ;)

That is awesome! I just joined Weight Watchers too! That plus the gym and I am hoping to drop 80 lbs, so we will see!

What a great example you are! And you're going to do it; I KNOW it! I'm at least sticking with my exercise commitment, but the food part. . . . not so much :(

Good for you! I have lost and gained large amounts of weight multiple times. I put back on all the weight I lost last year and am feeling pretty bummed about it.

We all go thru the ups & downs...

I am going to a seminar that my friend is doing.. its on EFT (tapping) and for weight loss, but it works! I have heard and seen some amazing stories.

Theres info all over the net for it.. check it out, every bit helps.
