Breathe in... breathe out!

This is the kind of place I need to go to when I feel anxiety... like today!! I am going for a walk now to clear my mind and to help me... breathe in... breathe out...


For those who asked, I don't know in what material the sculptures of yesterday are made of. I know they are not light because they didn't blow in the wind but I couldn't touch them because they were too high...

Love how you can see the movement here. It's a very peaceful picture. You ought to frame it to help you "think" peaceful when you need it inside.
