Anxiety

Yup - I suffer from it. It comes and it goes and I never know when it will be back. I hate it, hate it, hate it, but there's not much I can do about it except breathe in and breathe out and let it pass. It just started again a couple of weeks ago, for no reason (or none that I could see). I take it one day at a time. I have good days and not so good days. Today was a bad day but I made it through ok. One way for me that helps, is to think of a happy place or a happy moment in my life. I think that might be why I take some many photos!! To remind me of all the good times and all the beautiful places I have been!!! I can't wait for Spring!! :) I took those pictures last Summer in a park near home... Have been back in the Winter... should post the difference!! ;)

yes you should post the difference. Anyway, thanks for sharing that about yourself. I suffer terribly also from anxiety. It's nice to know we aren't alone.

I completely understand! I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks too... they don't need a reason to turn our lives upside down! *hugs*

The photos are beautiful... that lake is so serene and peaceful. Definitely looks like a "happy place"!

Fellow sufferer checking in, and it does suck! Mine's been under good control for quite some time now, but I even have fear about having the fear, kwim? Hugs to you. I hope you get through this bout soon. The days just seem endless when you're suffering, don't they? Hugs again.
(P.S. Beautiful photos!)

I'm sorry anxiety is harassing you these days, but I think you got it just right about the breathing. . . So, even with a tough day, you took an extraordinary picture! I love that second photo! It's beautiful. I love the boards, the green, (oh, the green!!!!), and the flowers off to the left front corner. Beautiful compositon!
