I don't like making resolutions... because usually I don't keep them... Still did anyway!! I had lost 40 pounds on WW and kept it off for a good 2 years. Then after gaining a few pounds here and there, decided to finally go back to my goal weight. I have a good 10 pounds to lose and I already lost 2 1/2!! Yeah me!! I went back to the gym (worked out 4 times this week and last week) and stopped eating my favorite rice chips (not that they are so bad... but I would eat the whole bag!!!). I am also eating more fruits (hence the pic of the grapefruit!!).
So my resolution is now in writing for all to see - lose 10 pounds (more if possible), continue to exercice, drink more water and eat more fruits!! :)
