May Road Trip

Every May, we go on a road trip. A road trip that takes us near the ocean. A road trip that starts every Summer for us. We just came back from Ogunquit, Maine. It was a wonderful long weekend, though it was a bit grey and rainy most of the time.
We love the beach!


The grey weather didn't stop us from walking for a good two hours on the beach.


Walking, walking and walking...

Ogunquit... take me away!!!

Remember that commercial - "Calgon, take me away"??  Well, today I wish I could go back to Ogunquit, sit and look at the view and just relax... Work is so busy these days, I hardly have time to breathe!! Would feel so good to just sit and look out at the ocean :)

Early Walk on Ogunquit Beach

As we are early risers, we were often at the beach very early.  Not many people there...

Ben was of course with me...

and somebody that dared going barefoot in the cold ocean!

and, of course, a lonely fisherman!

Road Trip

Just had a wonderful long weekend with Ben, the ocean, the blue skies in the wonderful little Ogunquit village.  We walked a lot, shopped... a lot, relaxed a bit and just had a great time!  It has become a tradition to go down to Ogunquit the first long weekend of May - took a few days off and just enjoyed the drive!  The next few days will be all about the beach and the ocean!! :)
