This old building is close to my office and I think it is now used by a department of McGill University. Would love to study in that building!! :)and to answer some questions from yesterday...
Pat, the statue in front of my building is of a bunch of people pointing! Will take some closer shots soon!! It is part of the tourist landmarks as it is so big and kind of ugly!! ;)
Suzy, I work on the 11th floor and the building has 21 floors. We are about to move in an even bigger building. I think our department will be on the 24th floor... which I will hate when we have our fire drills!! ;)

Cari
That building DOES rock. It seems to inspire reading. I need to go there. I have some to catch up on this semester. :P I love all the details in Montreal. I think I am going to visit in July. Is it terribly hot compared to Maine?
That building is gorgous!!!! Lucky you get to see it
all the time.
Very cool. Like that last shot.
Love this building! I really like the reflection of the tree branches in the glass of the front doors--it reminds me of Victorian ironwork and really echoes all the sculpture in those columns. NEAT!
That is a gorgeous building! You always seem to find the neatest architecture!
Lots of history where you are and that's so cool to get to experience it daily.
Wow, beautiful detailing on that building!
Mmmm....I love molson! My favorite beer.
Nice captures!
What a beautiful building! So many cool things around your work! :)
You look so cold in your new 2Peas avatar. :-) What a great building, and wow on your lighthouse shots below!
You have some of the most interesting architecture near you, and I love the perspectives!
Wonderful detail in this building! Do you know anything about the history of the faces in the building?
Cool building! I love all the details.
What a neat looking building. Love all the detail.
Such detail! Live cool buildings like that!
