Pizza Night and Roasted Peppers

"Temporarily" borrowed my dad's bread machine and found out how easy it is to make some fresh pizza dough!!  This time, we added some turkey pepperoni, some artichokes, some mushrooms and some red peppers. Mmmm good!!

    That pizza looks delicious and roasted peppers are so good - only no one here eats them but me so I never think to make them.

    This is even more delicious-looking than the cupcakes! Did you try the Maria-technique to roast the peppers? They look fantastic! I'm jealous; around here the cost of red peppers would probably require a 2nd home mortgage!
