Zen

I try very hard to keep anxiety away.  For that, I need to keep healthy habits.  I eat (most of the time) very healthy, I exercise and I try to spend as much time as possible outside, walking or just enjoying nature.

Went to one of my favorite park - and this place makes me wish I could meditate.  It is such a peaceful place!
