Baking Sunday

When I saw this on Bakerella's site a couple of weeks ago - I knew I just had to try this recipe!!! And it was as good as it looks!!

Then yesterday, went to my parents, so baked some healthy muffins.  These are more breakfast muffins as they are not too sweet.  They would be great with a bit of butter and jam!! mmmmm!
