I think I spent an hour today wondering what to make today... so hard to find something light and tasty! I have plenty of WW books and lots of blogs to look at... finally my choice landed on Chocolate-Crunch-Cooking-Light-287688 - granola with a little bit of chocolate. Didn't use honey, used maple syrup and added a little less brown sugar. Will have this for dessert tonight! What do you think??!!

Baking Sunday
Different twist to my Sunday baking... Decided last week, at the last minute, to restart Weight Watchers. My office organized a group and, even though I was not ready mentally (will I ever be??!!), decided to join. I have kept away from the scale - can't wait to see next Tuesday how it went! Signed up for 20 weeks - hope to lose 20 pounds (but will be happy with not gaining anymore!!)
