I am lazy... There, I said it. I enjoy photography but I am scared to mess up if I use my camera manually. In 2010, I would love to use my camera to its full potential. And if I mess up... well, there's always the next shot!!
Here are some shots I took while walking downtown with Ben - used Rita's butterscotch-vintage action on most of these shots - I love Rita's actions!!... and I love walking around my city!!
Your town has a lot of fun / photogenic potentials. Go manual - you'll find you enjoy it more than you expected. I made it a point to go manual early last year and now I have to make myself use Aperture Priority or Shutter Priority.
ReplyDeleteWonderful Shots! I have always used Manuel -- I thought that would be the only way to learn!
ReplyDeleteCool, Cool buildings!!! I have been on Manual since I did the 12 weeks study on 2peas. Made it so much easier!
ReplyDeleteI shoot 100% manual. I would rather make a mistake and correct it than blame it on the camera.
ReplyDeleteQuebec is such a beautiful city with so much personality! Thanks for sharing it with us!
Great shots!
ReplyDeleteStart out in manual in the house, in the back yard. Then you can always go back and shoot again.
Manual really is easy. Honest! ;)
These are lovely. I always enjoy when you share shots of your city. I've told my hubby to put Quebec on our list of places we're going to travel to.
