Not much to report. I lost 1/2 pound (better than gaining I guess!)... Went to the gym twice and tried a dvd at home last weekend... oh my is she tough!! Tried
Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and couldn't do the whole thing!!! I take step classes and do body design classes and I couldn't handle Jillian!! And boy did I feel my legs the next day!! If you want a tough workout - try her out!! (If you don't know, she is one of the trainers on Biggest Loser)

Losing any weight is a big accomplishment--pat yourself on the back for all the effort you are putting forth. That trainer lady scares me ;)

ReplyDeleteI'm impressed! I'm pathetic when it comes to exercise; on good days I can walk on a treadmill or use an exercise bike, but even with these, I seem to injure myself. Jillian's stuff. . . .just hospitalize me! Way to go, Celine; keep at it!
