Biggest Loser Tuesday

No update pictures today. I am doing good on my pledge to exercise - I had pledged to go 3 times last week - and I went 4 times!!  As for chocolate, I have had a relapse... had a chocolate muffin on Monday! ;)

After one week of healthy eating (most of the time!) and some regular exercise - I have lost the two pounds I gained during Christmas!!! So, still 20 pounds to go!!

To motivate myself to exercise some more - bought this book to give me some exercise tips - love it!


All kinds of exercise in this book - from easy to very painful!! ;)

    I am on a slow start. Give up chocolate? Are you crazy? I allow myself chocolate but only the good stuff
    and only a little bit each day.

  10. Good going! There's nothing as motiving as seeing those numbers go down. My DD got me a Biggest Loser exercise video for Christmas. I don't know how to feel about that... LOL!!!!
