Biggest Loser Tuesday

Don't know if you watch the show Biggest Loser but I find it quite inspiring... Cari (cari's blog) was such an inspiration when she started her Biggest Loser posts. I then started to do a few posts... and then life got in the way (and chocolate!)...

I was so not looking forward to today... but here goes. My name is Celine and I need to lose 20 pounds (hanging my head in shame). I have no willpower and I am guilty of loving sweets.

This week, I pledge to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, to go to the gym at least 3 times and to keep away from the chocolate during the week.

Ben was nice enough to take these "now" pics of myself...

Thanks for taking the time to read my confession...

  2. OK...now you have inspired me. I am going to have to start my Biggest Loser posts again...as soon as I am not so busy! I have gotten back on the wagon!!! Yipeee. I went to the gym yesterday and today I did the Biggest Loser sculpting dvd. You asked which were the best and I LOVE the Boot Camp one and the sculpting one! Highly recommend them. They are how I lost the 26 pounds last year!

  3. You can do it, Celine!! Biggest Loser was my inspiration to get my butt in gear too and lose my 50lbs. As you know, I highly recommend WW online to help with the eating part. Oh, and don't give up the chocolate!! It is too depressing. I love WW's English Toffee bars and I have a WW frozen fudge bar every night for dessert. For me, a lot of it was portion control and swapping things like cheese and meat for leaner, less fat varieties. I'm pulling for you! (BTW, I really wish my "before" pics looked as good as yours!! LOL!) Hugs!

  4. Hi Celine. Thanks for being brave enough - very encouraging to the rest of us. I can do the water thing (for awhile) and then it just gets old. I do always make it a point to order water any time we eat out. That counts doesn't it?

  5. Oh I remember that (yikes) I think I was in on it with Cari also. I still need to loose my weight and it's more then 20, so don't feel bad!

  6. I need to start drinking water -- I just hate it unless it has crystal light in it. Chocolate I may never give up. After my surgery I will get busy.

  9. Well, you're one step (ok, maybe 3 steps) ahead of me. I'm still in the "thinking of working out & eating right" stage. Good luck to you - you can do it.

  12. Hats off, Celine! It takes a lot of bravery to be up front and public with photos! You go, girl! Chocolate and sweets have been the nemesis of us all, I think...those and carbohydrates!

  13. LMAO! I love the facial expressions.

I have to lose lots more than 20 pounds. I might start showing pics when I have only 20 pounds left to lose. ;)
