I love stairs too and can't think of anywhere that has better ones to photograph than Montreal. The stairs in photo 5 bring back fond (?) memories. I fell down a flight just like that when I was about 6 years old...must have somersaulted at least twice on my way to the bottom.
Thanks heavens kids are resilient and their bones fairly soft. I still remember looking up and seeing the expression on my mom's face...too bad I didn't have a camera then.

Montreal is full of beautiful architecture! How great to have so many great places to shoot. Great perspectives on these, Celine.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely collection of staircases. You're right...it wouldn't be fun to walk up them carrying groceries, but they do look beautiful!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos of those stairs. I love that spiral staircase but wouldn't want to move some furniture up there :)
ReplyDeleteSuch great photo opportunities on those stairs!
ReplyDeleteThese have 'FALL' written all over them. Beautiful, but frightful as well.
