I Love Purple too!!

Last Saturday, went with Ben to walk in a field of lavender. I have a little lavender plant in my garden, but when I heard somebody grew fields of lavender... I had to go!!! It was finally a beautiful day - the sun was out - and we spent a couple of hours enjoying the sun, the flowers and the beauty around us!!

Yellow is a Happy Color!

Square Victoria Subway

Another lunch hour walk - and another part of downtown which I had never seen!

This is Square Victoria Metro (Subway) - it's a replica of a Parisian subway entrance!

Montreal Chinatown

A couple of times a week, I put on my running shoes and go for an hour walk with a girlfriend at work. When I can, I try to bring my camera so I can stop and see the beauty around us!!

So, here's Chinatown!!

Friday morning, didn't manage to get up at 5 a.m. to go to the gym... so as I still had a bit of time to get to the office, decided to walk from the metro (about a 30 minute walk from the metro to my office). And Friday was a nice day (finally!) - no rain!!

7 Falls - Part 2

Beautiful falls on a rainy day!

7 Chutes - 7 Falls

Last weekend, drove down to Mont Ste-Anne, a 4-hour drive from Montreal, to meet some buddies of Ben. It rained and rained and rained... but managed to take a nice long walk anyway!!

Here is the bridge that takes you to Ile d'Orléans - a beautiful island a few minutes away from Quebec City.

We went for a hike to the 7 Falls - we were almost alone in the whole park - the weather scared people away!
